VitroSure™ RNase A (100mg/ml) solution is a ready-to-use, high-purity ribonuclease A (RNase A) formulation optimized for the specific removal of RNA during DNA isolation procedures. It is particularly effective for genomic DNA extraction, where high-purity, RNA-free DNA is required for downstream applications such as sequencing, RT-qPCR, and droplet digital PCR (ddPCR).

Storage

Typical Procedures
1. Preparation: Follow your standard DNA isolation protocol (refer to the user manuals for VB-5001, VB-5003, VB-5004, or VB-5006).
2. RNase Treatment: Add VitroSure™ RNase A (100mg/ml) solution directly to the cell lysate.
3. Incubation: Mix thoroughly and incubate at room temperature to ensure complete RNA digestion.
