Antibody Dilution Buffer (100 ml)

Description

This antibody dilution buffer is ready-to-use solution for dilution of primary and secondary antibodies in immunoassays including immunofluorescence(IF),  immunohistochemistry (IHC)  and Western blot(WB).

Components

• BSA
• Cold fish skin gelatin
• Sodium azide
• PBS, pH7.2

Storage Condition

     Store at 2-8^oC.

Application

Ready-to-use for dilution of primary and secondary antibodies in immunoassays including IF, IHC and WB. Do not use it to dilute HRP and AP conjugated antibody.

Note

1. The sodium azide is an inhibitor of HRP.  Do not use it to dilute HRP conjugated antibody.
2. The phosphate in PBS is an inhibitor of Alkaline Phosphatase (AP). Do not use it to dilute AP conjugated antibody.

This Antibody Dilution Buffer is intended for research purposes only. This product is not intended to be used for therapeutic or diagnostic purposes in humans or animals. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Do not ingest. Wear gloves.
