Product Usage and Restrictions

Products sold by VitroVivo are intended solely for research purposes. They are not approved for use in the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of any disease.

Inspection and Returns

If you receive a defective product, one that is damaged upon delivery, or one that is otherwise unsatisfactory for valid reasons, you may request a replacement or refund within 20 days of delivery. Issues must be reported within this time frame. Requests made after this period may be denied. All replacements or refunds must be authorized by VitroVivo’s Customer Service Department and must comply with VitroVivo’s terms and conditions.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be modified or cancelled only through a written agreement with VitroVivo prior to shipment. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Risk of Loss

All items are shipped under a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier or to the purchaser, whichever occurs first.

Warranty and Limitation of Liability

If a product is found to be nonconforming, VitroVivo will, at its discretion, offer a free replacement, provided the issue is reported within 20 days of receipt. If products are custom-made based on your specifications, VitroVivo will not be liable for issues related to sufficiency, suitability, or quality resulting from those instructions. We are also not responsible for delays or damages beyond our control.

Delayed Delivery

Delayed delivery of any part of an order, when not caused by VitroVivo, does not exempt the customer from the obligation to accept the remaining deliveries.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Errors in pricing due to clerical or system issues are subject to correction. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days. Payment in full is due within 30 days from the invoice date. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest on the outstanding balance.

Taxes

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable government-imposed taxes in addition to quoted prices. If exempt, customers must provide valid exemption documentation at the time of order.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
