Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS, 10×) contains a 10× concentrated formulation of phosphate buffered saline (PBS) that can be used as a wash buffer during immuno-labeling procedures.

Procedure
This is a 10× stock solution and should be diluted 10-fold with distilled water to make the 1× working solution.
